Discounts

  • SDA Conferences, Hospitals, Schools and Pre-Authorized orders are eligible to receive discounts.
Order Minimums
  • Custom T-shirt orders require a 12PC minimum.

Adding Additional Items

  • Additional items may be added to your original order to ship together 
  • If your order is ready to ship before additional items are added they may be shipped separately
Payment Methods
  • Allowed Online Orders Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • If card declines the order is sent through awating payment which gives you the opportunity to call in a payment
  • Sending a Check or Money Order (Please allow a delay in processing payment)

Returned Checks and Late Payments

  • Returned checks are subject to a one-time $35.00 fee.
  • Late payments are subject to a $20.00 monthly fee.
Order Pickup
  • You may pickup your order at our warehouse in Altamonte Springs Florida
  • Orders are ready for pick up after 3 PM EST
  • You may be given a call when your order is ready for pickup upon request.
  • If you need your order rushed then you must advise us the time you need it.
  • If you have someone else picking up your order then provide their name in the order.

Shipping Methods

We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages during transit

     Shipping Methods are used at our descretion which includes

United States Postal Service(USPS), United Parcel Service(UPS) and Federal Express(FED-EX).

UPS & FEDEX Shipping Priorities

Ground or Next Day Air (overnight)

  • Ground shipping is 1 day to anywhere in Florida.
  • Ground shipping is 2 days to LA, MS, AL, TN, GA, SC, NC, VA and WV.
  • Ground shipping is 3 Days to TX, OK, MO, IL, IN, MI, KY, OH, PA, DE, RI and CT.
  • Ground shipping is 4 Days to NY, NH, ME, MA, NM, AZ, CO, KS, IA, MN and WI.
  • Ground shipping is 5 Days to CA, NV, UT, WY, SD, ND and ID.
  • Ground shipping is 6 Days to OR, WA, MT, NW ID, N NV, and SE CA.
  • Ground shipping is 7 days to S OR.
  • Next Day Air delivery from 8am to 5pm
  • 2nd  Day Air delivery from 8am to 8pm
  • Fedex Express Saver - 3 days any where in the USA 


Returns, Refunds, Exchanges,  Missing or Damaged Products

Claims for shortages or damaged or exchanges items must be made within 3 DAYS of receiving your order

    • Full Value Exchanges will be allowed for product sizing or color issues if received in good condition and in its orginal packaging 
    • If items are returned dirty, damaged or odorous or in unsellable condition it will be returned at customets expense
    • Customer must pay the re-shipping charges provide proof of shipment with a tracking number given by phone or email
      • and must be shipped back within 14 days of the RAI# invoice date or will be ineligible for return 
      •  At our discretion we may exchange the full product value for different items 
  • Outright Returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee within the 3day limit
  • Refunds to a credit card generally takes 3-5 business days  
  • Custom orders, closeouts and discontinued items are ineligible for return / refunds
  • All returns must be called in and will be emailed a (RAI) Return Authorization Invoice to authorize a return
  • THE INVOICE COPY is to be included in the returned package
