Return and Exchanges

Call us at (407) 865-6530 to setup your Return / Exchange.

Claims for shortages, damages or exchanges must be made within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving your order.

Exchanges:

• Full Value Exchanges will be allowed only if received in good condition and in its orginal packaging
  • Items returned dirty, damaged, or odorous will be returned at the customer's expense
    
• Customer must pay shipping to Pathfinder Shirts LLC, and provide a tracking number given by phone or email
  
• Item(s) may only be shipped within 7 days from the date of Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) setup

Returns:

• Any item being returned for a refund will be subject to a 20% restock fee
• Refunds to a credit card generally takes 3-5 business days to process and clear
• Custom orders and items (name tags, shirts, crests, etc), closeouts, and discontinued items are ineligible for return
• All returns must be called in and will be emailed a Return Manufacturer Authorization to authorize a return
  • The Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) is to be included in your returned package

Discounts

• SDA Conferences, Hospitals, and School orders are eligible to receive discounts (must call in to recieve approval)

• Custom T-shirt orders require a minimum of 24 piece initial order and 12 piece reorder

• Allowed Online Orders Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • If the card declines then the order will be awating the customer to call in a payment
• Sending a Check or Money Order (Please allow a delay in processing payment)

Returned Checks and Late Payments

• Returned checks are subject to a one-time $35.00 fee
